This is a special and unique exhibition regarding the celebration of the 150 years of the Unity of Italy. It is a real theatre inside the art, in fact the exhibition is a charming journey in the Europe of the nineteenth century through paintings of important artists, notes and sounds of music by well-known musicians as Verdi, Donizetti, Schubert, Mendelssohn and so on.

The visitors will have the opportunity in very comfortable rooms to look at very nice paintings and to hear lovely music with all around the pictures of the main places and cities in Italy at that time.

Therefore, this is a suitable path for all those that are interested in trying to understand in a more complete way the history of the «Risorgimento» in Italy: especially the young people that will have the possibility to fully appreciate and understand the main events of that time following the experience of painters, musicians and artists that were among the first the followers of this new trend towards the establishment of new ideas and democracy in Europe and throughout the world.
